I thank Danielle for that food parcel, it’s a good one. Tell her I said thanks.
Plus, I thank all of you in my recovery and my journey for treating me as a human being and reassuring me, reminding me how well I’m doing. Without you, I’d be lost. I really need your support.
When I’ve finished with you in the future, I’d like to write a letter to whoever is above you, telling them about our journey and how much you’ve supported me and how well you do your job. The thought of where I’m going to be in a few months’ time and whatever the future holds for me cheers me up. It’s exciting. Yeah, it makes me feel good.
The wrap-around support I receive from all the different organisations is second to none. I can’t wait to see what the future holds for me, and I’ll be letting everyone know how I got there, maybe a write-up in a magazine or on social media. Inspire, Probation, Red Rose, Bright Stars, and IOM—love it. Without you, I’d be dead.
My story starts from HMP Preston, G Wing. There are about 12-14 people I want to thank, and different organisations. You do a really worthwhile job, saving lives and changing lives for the better. Much love and respect, because I know you’re a busy, I’d love to make more people aware of what you do, I love it.
