I want to take a moment to praise one of your staff members, Gemma, for her incredible support yesterday on behalf of my girlfriend.
Gemma spent the entire day supporting her at court, helping her regain contact with her children. This was a huge step forward, as there are no concerns about relapse, and she’s actively working on her program.
Gemma’s dedication and effort deserve full appreciation. I drove them to court and waited all day, and when they came out, it was clear just how much of a difference Gemma had made.
She is an amazing team member at Red Rose Recovery, alongside Emily. Please make sure they both know how much their work is valued.
