Red Rose Recovery’s Hot Chocolate and Cake Morning Raises £190 for Macmillan Cancer Support

On September 29th, East hosted an Hot Chocolate and Cake morning raising funds for Macmillan Cancer Support. We were thrilled to see the incredible support from our community, and we’re delighted to announce that we successfully raised a total of £190. We would like to thank every one of you who contributed and played a part in making this day a success.
The day commenced with a warm welcome, to everyone who was attending our event. The tables were arranged with many different cakes, including some lovely homemade treats generously provided by the Red Rose Recovery East Staff. Everyone got their hot chocolates and paired them with their choice of delicious cake.
As the room was filled with laughter and conversations, it was time for an exciting event – the tombola. We would thank to thank Emerging Futures and Tesco, who graciously donated a fantastic selection of prizes. Lucky winners walked away with incredible sets, sprays, perfumes, and body care products.
We would like to thank everyone who joined us, donated, and made this day possible. Most importantly thank you for helping us raise money for Macmillan Cancer Support.
