Project Free is a lived experience recovery organisation that supports adults with substance-related offending behaviour across Greater Manchester. By utilising the power of lived experience and credible role models, Project Free provides a unique and empathetic approach to helping individuals on their journey to recovery. The program addresses not only substance misuse but also the underlying issues driving criminal behavior, offering participants guidance, support, and practical tools for positive change.

Our team is comprised of individuals who have walked the path of recovery themselves, creating a strong connection with those we serve. By drawing on their own experiences, our role models offer genuine understanding and motivation to help others break the cycle of addiction and offending.
