Last Friday’s men’s group took a break from the normal format of their group and went to play some pool and snooker.
Gareth said: “Lancaster’s Men’s Group wanted to run the group in a different way…they decided to go for a game of pool.“
“All of them enjoyed themselves and what a great way for individuals to connect and build on their own recovery.“
The Lancaster Men’s group runs every Friday from 1pm until 2.30pm.
